We ship packages via UPS Mail Innovations and UPS Worldwide services (please note that for UPS Mail Innovations, the “last mile” and final delivery stages may be handled by USPS or a third-party carrier). Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
All orders shipped within the United States and Canada qualify for free shipping. For orders within the U.S. and Canada utilizing “Standard Economy Shipping,” please allow 7–12 business days for tracking updates and final delivery (this timeframe excludes weekends and public holidays). Shipping is free on all orders.

We strive to process and ship orders within 1–3 business days; however, during site-wide promotional events, holidays, or periods of high order volume, fulfillment times may be extended.

Once an order has been submitted and entered into our system, we are unable to cancel or modify it, nor can we alter the items within the order or change the shipping/billing address details. Therefore, please carefully review the items in your shopping cart and ensure that your billing and shipping address information is accurate before finalizing your order.
If the tracking information indicates that your package has been successfully delivered to the address provided at the time of your order, we will not offer reshipment or refunds. If you check your tracking status and find that your order has been marked as “Delivered” but you have not personally received the package, please contact the local carrier (postal service) directly to file a claim or initiate an inquiry.
We do not offer refunds or reshipments for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect or invalid shipping address provided by the customer.
