We allow customers to return eligible Lumidedorants products purchased through our website within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refunds may only be issued to the original payment method or converted into store credit.

We are confident that you will love our products just as much as we do; however, if—after trying them out—you find that your Lumidedorants products do not meet your expectations, we encourage you to contact our Customer Support team or visit our “Getting Started” page to view our recommended usage tips!

To submit a return request, please visit our “Returns Center.” If your return request is approved, you will receive an email containing a prepaid return shipping label, sent to the email address you used during checkout.
Order Number — You can find your Order Number (which begins with the letter “S”) in your order confirmation email.
Email Address — You must provide the email address you used when placing your order for the Lumidedorants products.

All returns must be approved and processed using a return shipping label issued by our company to ensure accurate tracking and proper handling. If a customer returns items without using the company-issued return label and designated return process, the return cannot be processed, and no refund will be issued. Typically, our returns department completes the return processing within 1–7 business days of receiving the returned items. We monitor all returns and reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who abuses or maliciously exploits this return policy.

We do not offer product exchanges.

Refund amounts do not include the original shipping costs (if applicable).

Please ensure that you return only the approved items and use the prepaid return label provided by us. If you return any incorrect or unapproved items to us, we will be unable to retrieve or return those items to you, nor will we provide any compensation for them.

For orders containing “Bundles” (product sets), we will only refund the discounted price paid for the specific eligible item being returned, based on its allocated value within the bundle. If you placed your order through Amazon, TikTok, or other retailers, you will need to contact them directly to inquire about their return and refund process.
